give up when they are being pecked?

I have had two chicks now that have died from being pecked.

I even seperated this last one....and kept her in her own mini coupe so she would be safe and she just kind of liked went into this depression and stopped eating! What is up with that?

She is the one I mentioned a long time ago that didn't ever seem to grow.

And she still never made it past the size of a 6-7 week chicken! She was 6 months.

From what I understand, sometimes the chick is being pecked because something is wrong with it. This about a handicap child that's been streamlined. Kids can be very cruel to someone that's different. I think chickens are sometimes the same
