this one is not like any others i ordered, and at 14 weeks it has no comb, all my others the same age have there combs growing,

It looks like a poor quality silver laced Wyandotte to me. They have rose combs, which are pretty flat in young birds. There's also the possibility she is a mix.

At 14 weeks, that is a pullet. The lack of comb and wattles, both in size and color, is what I am going on in this case.

She's very pretty. She doesn't have the type of lacing of a show bird, but that doesn't matter a bit if you don't want to show. Her coloring is unique.
