My little Ronnie Roo has red spots on either side under ears and felt hard and lumpy like rocks in there, but he’s acting normal and eating and drinking from what I see 
I just noticed it today and I hold him a lot!! Yesterday and today I did let them try fresh pumpkin. They loved it. Their coop and run is a lot of sand with rocks (grit) that I see them pick at.
Update: I just went back up and he perched his little self on my lap. The lumpiness is gone. Maybe he just had a mouth full of food??
