OMG, the comb and waddles are as big as the rest of the bird put together! No idea what it is, sorry.

The picture is too big for the screen, but from what I can see it appears to be a male lavender bantam - don't know about breed, 'cause I don't know a whole lot about bantams.

It's a modern game bantam. The comb and wattles on a modern game are usually dubbed closely so that the head is smooth. If you don't look at them you can see the spike tail, the long legs and hard, tight feathering that go with a modern game.

Or maybe a mix. It's a beautiful color, though.
