I don't know what they are. If you bought them from a hatchery, then contact the hatchery with the pics and they may send you replacement chicks.

Partridge plymouth rock maybe? Although the leg color is wrong for those, so maybe something else. They look like they will be beautiful chickens, whatever they are.

They are not Partridge Rocks, I believe they are Easter Eggers. The color pattern and leg color are correct. I can't really tell from the pictures, but if they have peacombs instead of straight combs, then they are EEs for sure. They may give you some very beautiful colored eggs.

Yep... They are EE's (90% certain) The only other thing that comes to mind if those legs are more slate color than willow; is a Partridge Pendensenca. But those are fairly rare and expensive. They do however have the "dont touch me " attitude and the coloring looks correct.

What ever they are you will get eggs and possible a very dark brown, or green ones out of the deal

For reference, this is a Partridge Rock at about 5 weeks. They do look a LOT alike, but the comb and legs look completely different.

Wow...the more I look, the more I see Pendensenca. Those legs look slate instead of green and I forgot also that they grow so slow which is why they look 4-5 weeks instead of 8. I also dont see any sign of "puffiness" around the cheeks. If they are in fact Pens.... you got really lucky on a goof shipment.
