What is Lola?

I hope this pic comes through...
This is Lola..she's 18 months old, has not laid that we know of and tries her best to crow. I assume she's female because she mates with our bantam cochin, Louise.

What the heck is she? We got her from TSC and they said she was a gold duckwing OEG, but the pics I've seen look nothing like Lola.

Any ideas?

She's a rooster? That's impossible!! She doesn't crow!! Well, she does, sort of...she JUST started making those throaty noises last week. SHe's a freaking lap bird for crying out loud!! And she gets mated by Louise!!

How can that be?!?!?

I cannot believe it.

At one point I thought she might be a boy but then she always mated with the Louise or our other bantam roo Iris (who's now passed on).

She has these tiny little spurs, too but I read that girls can have little spurs.

Ummm Lola definitely is a roo. LOL Very handsome guy too!! I'd be proud to have a roo that looked like him!
