Well she is a stray the neighbors lost her and we took her in our hands and they showed up asking if we had her and let us keep her I am going to go next door and ask her what she is maybe she knows.

The reason I ask is because she looks like the funky BRs that have been popping up from TSC this year. Ask your neighbors and get back with us. I'm very interested to find out.
