I suspected that too, because of that exact reason. However I'm pretty sure that people checked the website back when everyone and their brother had these. They didn't list anything it could be. I mean, that’s possible. It would have to be something recent. Though, if another breed did accidentally mix with the barred rocks, the resulting offspring would still be barred rock hybrids.Same.
