I guess it's the chance we take though. Maybe I can find an answer from the seller.
I hope it's not just a barred rock although the general consensus seems to be that's what it is.

Let us know if you clear up the mystery. Sometimes, it's as simple as the seller putting in the wrong egg, or eggs, or getting one confused if she has several buyers she's packing for at the same time.

Well, I contacted the lady, and sent her a pic, and you all were right! It's a little barred rock pullet!
The lady was very apologetic, and is going to send me replacments to make up for the mistake and bad hatch.

I know I must sound kinda stupid, but I've never had barred rock chicks, and it never even occurred to me that it was anything other than an Orp.
Now, when I compare it with photos of my orp chicks, I can see it.
