I think it's just poop but I'm worried cause it very stuck to the little chicks butt

Thats called pasty butt. Use warm water and warm cloth and massage it until its all gone. Its dried poop. It will kill the chick if not taken care of because it blocks the chick from pooping.

Looks like pasty butt, need to run warm water over it with a paper towel and small bowl til it sort of falls off. You can gently rub but no picking. The water should help it to fall off. Keep an eye on her because it will most likely happen again. Apple cider vinegar helps in their water. Pasty butt can lead to a blockage and prevent her from pooping so take care of it ASAP. I like to put Vaseline or triple antibiotic on afterward to help with it from continuing to happen. Hope this helps.
