What is on my chicks feathers?

Is there something wrong with my chick or is this what happens when they get new feathers???

Is that the little cutie that had the bruised leg? It does look like she has some new pin feathers coming in.

Haha, no the little one with the bruised leg is doing really well. I made a little area with chicken fencing sonshe can still see her sisters and let her out with them while I'm watching for 10 minutes or so. This one is a different one. My initial thought was new feathers, but wanted to make sure she wasn't sick!!! Thank you
