Shes been dealing with this for a couple years. I treat it with a cream I bought for horses and it would help a little and I'd clean it up. But it just keeps getting worse and worse over time. I tried that blue kote stuff and it helps some, but doesnt truly fix it. Anyone ever seen this on a goat before?

I just called a vet and they will see her this saturday.
It all just first started as a little red blister. Or what looked like a tiny blister. And it just started getting worse and worse. Itll rupture and start to bleed like in the picture

Hopefully it's not a cancer. But we were thinking that too...
Shes loosing alot of hair and is getting a bald spot on the back of her neck.

Without seeing the goat, it is difficult to give an opinion, but I will anyway. My guess is that the loss of hair and the bald spot on her neck have nothing to do with what is going on in her rear. If it was my goat, I would give her a good dusting with a louse powder and put some blukote on the bald spot. Lice are really hard to see and they can cause hair loss. If the skin looks grungy she may have a fungus infection. In that case spray the whole goat with BluKote.
