What is prime rooster eating age? (PR)

I've totally fallen in love with my pressure cooker! I can have a corned beef in less than an hour. When I find bone-in split breasts on sale, I can cook them in like 15 minutes and bone them out. Beans are a cinch, ribs come out so tender, plus the home grown cockerels are pretty tasty, too!

The beans is what made me buy it....no other way (hoursandhoursandhours) even makes sense!!
Had a crockpot gifted to me(a dare to butcher my first chook) but that takes hours of energy usage also.......
....so pressure cooker will get next roo. I'm not much of a cook, so there'll be a learning curve.
