I have a recipe that calls for reconstituted milk and for the life of me cannot figure out what this means? Could someone tell me... [IMG]

It's usually a reference to prepared dry milk - mixed with water & ready to use/drink.

Also adding one can of water to one can of evaporated milk is reconstituted.

Not sure. But my dad used to try to give me stuff called "predigested milk"---ICK! All I could ever invision was someone drinking it and throwing it back up and serving it to me! What the heck is that!
