My hen laid an egg for the first time 3 days ago and now, nothing! She hasn't laid since. is something wrong with her? Is my chicken broken? lol

I'm sure there's absolutely nothing wrong with your chicken. Pullets are very inconsistent about laying when they first get started. They may lay two days in a row and then nothing for a few days or whatever. They get more consistent as they mature.
