hey y'all we were told that Tammy is a SLW, but compared to other pics we've seen we're now not sure. also can anyone tell if she's a she yet? she's currently 4.5 wks old.

Definately not a silver laced wyandotte, I think it's either barred rock roo, or black sexlink roo!

Where did you get her from?

She's not an SLW... Looks like a Barred Rock mix. What kind of comb does she have? My first guess from looking at the pics is Barred Rock x Silver Laced Wyandotte.

Kind of looks like a mix to me. I think it's a roo based on the breast and neck feathers coming in.

Do you have any pics of it as a chick or remember it's coloring?

It's not a purebred Barred Rock for sure (barring on the breast is funky and it has a light-colored head). I really don't think it's a Black Sexlink rooster either, because it should have a black head.

I'm thinking a Barred Rock mix (the breast/head color remind me of SLW).

Is anyone else noticing the green legs?
Me thinks you have a Barred Easter Egger. That would be very cool and different! I have never seen a barred one before. The coloring on the breast is a bit different too. I don't see that it is definitely a cockerel either. There is no redness in the comb, nor any large wattle growth. I would give it a little more time.
