I would guess dark Brahma cockerel, looking at the feathered legs/feet and the pea comb. The boys have the white shoulders, and there may be just a start of saddle feathers. Also, looks like a buff Brahma to the left (although can only see the head/neck).

Someone else thought she was a pullet she is already almost 18 weeks old. Said if she was a roo would have been more developed by now and she was sitting in the nest box yesterday

I say pullet!!!! At that age a roo would have a much bigger comb and tail!!!!
