Three of these all black chicks came in my "Hatchery Choice Pullet" special. They do not have any brown or rust on them like my BSL (although this pic looks like brown on the wings, that is just the lighting). She is almost 11 weeks old.

 
Looks like American games.I have two and they look like that.

Good birds games are:
Excellent broodies, will brood at the drop of a hat

It is extremely uncommon for hatcheries to offer gender-id'ed games of any type. They usually come as straight runs, not 'pullet specials'.

I think it's more likely you have a Jersey Giant, or Australorp (very common in pullet specials by hatcheries). Check the bottoms of their feet, the bottoms will be yellow if it's a Giant, and pink/white if it's a 'lorp.

The OP's bird is not even close to any type of game.
