It's a tough photo angle to tell as it is always best to give a profile shot and then a head shot.

My guess from that angle, assuming that is a pea comb (which I THINK it is), it looks like it is an Easter Egger hen.

Better shots would help greatly. Does she have a beard/muff? I THINK she does...If so almost certainly would be an Easter Egger.
