What is still considered a farm fresh egg?

How old can farm fresh eggs be when you sell them. What is still considered a fresh egg, 1day, 5days, 1week?

For me, I feel like a farm fresh egg would be collected that day, or under a week old...so never refrigerated...but I feel like there isn't an exact answer.

Within the week and definitely refrigerated due to my climate.

It depends where you are from!
I sell chicken eggs and I leave them sitting on my counter for a week or two and they are perfectly fine.
Of course I am from New York so the climate is a bit different.
