What is stink-eye?

Stink eye - you know it when you see it, it seems most anything with eyes can do it (well, mammals and birds, anyways, I think snakes just look like that!)

1. a surfer term meaning a glare or lingering dirty look

my favorite:
Verb. To look at someone from the corner of your eye in an unpleasant manner. Context: It indicates that someone dislikes you or dislikes what you have done, or how you behaved.
