What is that

My chicks finally grew up and are laying eggs like there is no tommorrow question is in some of the eggs there is debrit some times a dark colored speck and sometimes it looks like dirt or maybe even chicken droppings yes inside the egg I open them in a dish and look before I cook them if I see anything unusual I discard it .Is this nessecerry what is that stuff in the egg??????

If it's on the yolk it could just be a little blood. Could you post a pic of it? In the meantime, there are some links in this thread about abnormal eggs and blood in eggs etc. Have a look:
