What is the appropriate place to post questions about shipping eggs?

I see a lot of posts about how do I ship my eggs in the bst. section. Where should these be put? I have seen them moved to Backyard breeders and to hatching eggs. Also could we sticky this post somewhere https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=237679
Maybe that would help a few people.
