what is the average hatch time of an egg?

i got lucky with my first egg and he was out in less than 30 mins and a day early but its not like that with this one its still a day early but its not out in 30 mins. so how long is the avg hatch time?

I don't know about an average hatch time but it often takes several hours after pipping for a chick to finally "pop out".

usually 12-24 hours but it can be shorter or a little longer but if it is alot more than 24 hours u have to start thinking about helping it
