What is the best all around heirloom turkey breed?

Looking for carcass size, hardiness, lots of eggs, good mothers, and can take early eggs.

It depends more on the strain than the breed/color, but I know that while the Midget White is small, it is hardy and has a large carcass. Heritage turkeys are awesome and come in so many amazing colors!
