What is the best chicken tractor for 4-6 chickens

I need to build multiple CHEAP chicken tractors that holds 4-6 chickens for my breeding business. The chickens will be in this full time, Could someone recommend a CHEAP and EASY chicken tractor that would best suit this, Thankyou!

How many birds per tractor?
Moving by hand or with equipment?
Do you need a solid sleeping box/coop section?
Predator load in your area?
Tools and skill level along with what materials you have access to will all come into play of course.

Just for curiosity -- what kind of lizard eats chickens? I might move to Australia someday so I really want to know.
