What is the best chicken tractor for 4-6 chickens

Wow you have some crazy animals in Australia. I would think you also need to watch for dogs (and dingos?)
I had 3 chickens taken last year without a trace, Dog was barking aggressively for hours towards the thick bushy forest where the hens LOVED to scratch and explore, after we were finally able to access the area where she was barking, All we found was a few feathers, Crazy yeh.
We have ruled out that it was a fox because they hunt alone and there is no way a fox can take 3 chickens without a trace by itself so we think it was dingos sadly

For dogs/ dingos you may want to consider a solar powered electric fence around your tractor. I have no idea what keeps out giant lizards.
Yea i thought of that and was going to purchase some but damn it gets expensive (Im still in school by the way, thats why it seems more expensive)
Electric fencing apparently is the only thing that keeps those nasty lizard buggars out

It can be foxes (a vixen and her cubs?). I live in the city (suburbs) and we have no dingos. But we have foxes living in suburbia. Mainly in bush land areas (parks). They dig under the perimeter fence. Same thing happened to us. Just feathers left. No carcass. We left our chickens to free range in the garden whilst were away. All 4 bantams were taken in the one day. Now we only free range them when we are home. Otherwise they are secured in a run with a hardwire skirt around it. Take a look at this site. He has a lot of good ideas. And I think he’s situated in the part of Australia that you are in so it would be helpful to take a look his his set up to get ideas.
