Look into Orpington and Brahmas....Very friendly Birds...Good layers and good meat.....
Best wishes.....Also some will go Broody so you can hatch and raise your own Chicks...

Thank you all for all your replies. I really appreciate it. I have been watching so many youtube video's, my husband laughed at me last night cause he was trying to talk to me and when he got my attention he says that everytime he looks at me I have my headphones on and got my nose stuck into another video. lol. I guess you can say I am addicted now.
