What is the Best Duck Diet?

Hey all,
I was just wondering what type of feed or diet is best for laying ducks? I have 3 silver appleyards if that makes any difference.

I just feed mine “ layer feed” and give them daily leafy greens, fruits and vegetables
( no oranges or acidy type fruit)

No it actually says “duck layer feed “ on it
I get it like from a feed store

I feed my ducks and chickens Purina Flock Raiser Crumbles. You don’t have to get that feed specifically though, you can feed them any chicken feed

I’m not sure but I believe feeding ducks chicken feed you would have to add niacin
I think the duck food is better for the ducks
But I’m not an expert

You would want to feed full gown ducks either duck feed or all flock feed/purina raiser,you'd also want to provide oyster shells on the side. Layer feed doesn't contain much niacin for ducks, it also has too much calcium for males which really don't need it.
