What is the Best heating element for incubator

Anyone know the best heating element for incubators that I wont need to replace or takes a long time so I can replace it again. Pictures/links will be great.

for a homemade i'd just use incandecent lights .. theyre cheap and if you double them theyre redundant so theres very low chance the heat cycle would ever be interrupted .. a good inc design is what i'd be looking at .. check this out -->
