What is the best incubator...

What would be the best incubator to buy in the 100 to 200 dollar range. I'm looking for one that's easy to use with a turner. I've never had one before or hatched any eggs so I need a lot of advice and guidance.

Most people recommend the genesis. I myself am attached to the brower top hatch. I hag great results so far. Check out my quail thread in the other fowl area.
