I keep reading and getting different info....so I figured i'd just ask here. I know many people on here also hatch goose eggs so what better place to ask buy here! Someone please help. I read the whole sticky topic on hatching goose eggs but I am confused on the humidity part. That one said about 25% but then I read another thing here on byc in the info section that said 55% so I am throughly confused.

I don't treat me duck or goose eggs any different than I do my chicken eggs. 99.5 keep your humidity about 45-55% and leave them alone. The only thing I noticed that was different, is they suck up the water a lot faster. So you have to stay on top of that.
Your right it gets very confusing on here. I had given some advice last week and was insulted about my backyard ways, so I removed my post. There are lots of experts on here and I'm sure you will get advice from one of them. On a personal note.... Just keep it normal. When I have duck or goose eggs in my incubators. You can guarantee that there are silkie, marans and about 20 so odd every other breed in there also.

Good luck. Don't get complicated. If you can hatch chicken or quail you can hatch ducks and geese
