what is the best thing to use to disinfect a coop???.....

i was wondering..since i already have some on hand for my parrot....can i use,.. Kaytee EZ Care, cage and toy cleaner...but the only thing is..it containes natural orange oil as the main ingredient....and i thought i read somewhere that chickens cant have citris...so...i havent used it yet...but can i??..thanks, Wendy
