I have an injured pullet I need to keep by herself for awhile but I only have two chickens and they do not like to be separated from each other. Would they get used to it after awhile? How should I do it to cause the least amount of stress for both of them? I am not sure about putting the cage in the coop because I don't know if it will fit and I don't want her to get too hot.
