What is the best wormer to use? I have heard of valbazen. Done a search on google. Jeffers livestock supply said that valbazen was for sheep. How do I use valbazen?
    Thanks

Quote:Yep. It's for cattle/sheep/goats. Valbazen (albendazole) kills all known worms that chickens can get. Dosage is given orally 1/2cc for standard size chickens, 1/4cc for smaller chickens. Redose again in 10 days. There's a grand total of 24 days withdrawal.

If you use the search page there's are lots of posts on this already. I read Wazine first, then follow with Valbazen 2 weeks later

We use Valbazen twice a year, but they also get an herbal wormer by Molly's Herbals once a week mixed in with their feed.
