What is the Breed/Gender of these Chickens?

I have some 11 week old mixes and I was wondering if you guys could tell me what breed or gender they are. Crossing my fingers

for a lot of pullets so please tell me some good news. Sorry for the low quality pictures.

They look awfully young to be 11 weeks.

They're definatelly 11 weeks I've been watching the calendar extremely close since I got them. Could there be something wrong with them causing them to be small?
