They look like either production reds or hatchery rhode island reds to me. Pretty girls! They're going to give you lots of big, brown eggs

Wow!! Quick reply. Thanks!!!! That gives me a good idea about the breed. I was given four of these hens for my kids to raise. We love eggs so the egg production prediction is just what we wanted to hear!!! Thanks again. I think we're going to get a lot of use out of this site.
