What is the calmest rooster breed?

My best friend had the sweetest rooster.....it was a Cochin. He was wonderful with her young son. He recently was killed by a neighborhood dog.

I have an EE Roo and he avoids us at all cost....no aggression. So far so good! And he is a beauty!

I dont think there's a "calmest rooster breed" per sè, it all depends on the bird and alot of other things. For example I have a lohmann white/brown cross that's calm and nice, even though he didn't get hand raised and is also a production type bird. I've heard of many people hand raising roosters and some turn aggressive while others tame. There are some breeds though that are breed to be more docile and friendly. Once again though it depends on the bird. You can find some information about some friendly breeds in the reviews section on here.
