What is the correct way to pronounce "Faverolles"?

I've heard two ways

FAV A Relles

FAVE R Elles (rhymes with favor)

The rarest I've heard was the Favor rolles.

how would someone tell you Fav Roll in plural? Have to be Fav Rolls

Yes, that's how we would say it in English. In French, the name wouldn't change. It would be Le Faverolles for one chicken and Les (lay) Faverolles for more than one.

It is hard to spell out the pronunciation it in native French, with their "r" sound being very different from ours. Its much more glottal, pronounced much more hoarse and raspy in the back of the throat rather then the, smooth, mid-mouth "er"as in English. Anyways.... it would be FAV-rol. The gentleman here is pronouncing "Faverolles-les-lucey" http://www.forvo.com/word/faverolles-lès-lucey/ which is an area in some French city, but you get the idea.

Well, I usually say Faver olies, but I know it's wrong. Just like a lot of folks call d'Uccles "dee uckles".

I pronounce it "chicken". :)
