What is the deal with this hen!?

One of my hens wouldn't lay. Then she started to show that she will start laying. then she stopped! What happened!?

How old is the bird and what breed is it? What do you mean she started to show she will lay? From what I can see, she's too immature.

She is eight months! One of my silkie hens Started to lay at about 5 months. I'm not sure what breed she is. But all I know is that she is a native to the philippines. But She For sure is a hen.

Her comb doesn't look like it's developed enough to indicate that she is close to laying age. She's likely very slow to mature.
