What is the Difference Between "Barred Rock", "Plymouth Rock", and "Barred Plymouth Rock"?

Plymouth Rock is the breed. Barred is the color/pattern variety. I have blue, black, splash and barred Plymouth Rocks, but I don't use the "Plymouth" when in normal conversation, just Blue Rock, Barred Rock, etc. So, you can have a Plymouth Rock that is not a Barred Rock, for example. There are also Buff Rocks, Partridge Rocks, White Rocks, etc.
