What is the difference or are they the same breed

All of these are practically the same thing. It's like going to a restaurant and getting, say, a hamburger. Different restaurants may make their hamburger a little different from each other, but it's still a burger. Same with the birds you listed. The universal name for them is Red Sex Links. These birds can be sexed by color (females are red, males white) and are high production layers of brown eggs. Different hatcheries may use different parent breeds to make their RSL, they may give it a fancy name, but the end result is still the same.

Some common names of RSL are Hyline Brown, ISA Brown, Golden Comet, Red Star, Golden Sex Link, and many more.

There are two major versions of red sexlinks -- the commercial high-production laying strains, where the name is tied to certain consistent production capabilities that mean more to farmers than to backyarders, and the hatchery sexlinks targeted to the backyard market for people who need to know that they aren't getting any roosters but aren't as worried about the fine details of getting specified numbers of eggs of a specified size while eating no more than a specific amount of food and so on. :)
