What is the dosage for using Frontline Plus spray on chickens

I just got my Frontline Plus Spray labeled for dogs, cats, puppies and chickens in the mail.
I ordered it because I read on here someplace that you can use it on chickens.

So how, where and how much do you apply? How often do you repeat to keep lice, mites at bay?
I have both LF and bantams (silkies), so I'll need dosages for both.
