What is the Earliest age to feel the spur bumps

I know I've seen this somewhere on here, but can't find it now. What is the earliest age to be able to feel spur bumps on bantam cochins?

Under close scrutiny, spur bumps can be seen on small chicks. Understand that both pullets and cockerels will have spur bumps. They just become more pronounced as the cockerels mature.
