What is the easiest to clean interior wall covering?

The slick tile board that you can find an home improvement centers might do.

I just built a coop 8x16 this year and did nothing for interior except vinyl floor. I did cut linoleum flaps and stapled them in between the wall studs to where they taper outward to cover the base plate board down to the floor level. Keeps poop from building up on base plate and causing stink. I caulked mine so can use a hose on semiannual cleaning and litter change. They extend about 16" up the wall.

I can see no use for any interior improvements outside of what I did, plus lights, nests, roosts, ceiling fan for summertime, and maybe a walk board. I did put two poop boards in corners where roosts are over top of nests, to keep poop out of nests. May later add poop boards beneath all roosts to recycle poop to garden. I used OSB and glued linoleum over them so that it would be slick and easy to clean. Oh, I did make water and feed troughs out of plastic house guttering too. Paint would make a coop lighter inside if not enough windows. Could be better for egg production, especially in winter when so dark outside so often.
