What is the ideal humidity for incubating?

Hi all,
What is the ideal humidity for incubating? Is 60% too high for the first 18 days?

60% is on the high end, ideal is 40-50% then bump it up to 60-70 by lockdown. After saying that I’m not sure how natural incubation rate in highly humid regions in the world rank in hatch rate, I’m curious to know.
