What is the issue with this bird lately?

One of my broad breasted turkeys has been refusing to move whenever I come around. He will literally sit down and refuse to move. Other than doing this he has been acting completely normal. He is about 17-18 weeks old and weighs about 30-40 pounds. All of the others including him can still make it to the top roosting bar in the coop so I dont think it’s a weight issue. I think he has a problem with me? 😂 has anyone had an issue like this before? Is it a dominance thing? I literally have to pick him up and put him in the coop and when I do he rattles at me.

Can you post a picture?
I took this pic the other day when they were free ranging the yard. He/she came over and sat by me and refused to move. If it’s not a good enough pic I can get one in the morning when I let them out of the coop.

Prettier sure that's a male. Snood is way larger than any of my hens ever had as adults
A 4 1/2 month old tom would have its snood hanging down well past the end of its beak. When retracted the snood would contract into the shape of a cone. She has the caruncles of a hen and the "mohawk" of a hen and is demonstrating the the position of a hen ready to submit for breeding. As a BBW, they are reporting cases of them laying eggs by the time they are 5 months old.

I had Blue Slate hens that when they were mature, their snoods would expand to the end of their beaks.
