What is the longest you've ever kept eggs then incubated successfully?

Tell me about your longest stored eggs and how you did it. I saw the Target ad today and they had a mini wine fridge, so it got me thinking about storing eggs longer at the "ideal setting" before incubating. This would be so we could hatch some very very early turkeys next winter/spring for my kiddos 4H.
