What is the most profitable thing in chickens?

Hello everyone. I am really thinking about this. I have 49 chickens. I was planning on selling hatching eggs and eating eggs. Plan on sometimes selling baby chicks. I have White Leghorns, Production reds, Black Australorps and EE. Maybe selling chicks from those. I know how to sex them. What could I get out of these per male, female? Hatching eggs too. Price? regular eggs also. Large fowl maybe? I am right now in a mess. If I can find the right button to push, I just might go in full speed. I am really looking in to this. What is the most prefered breed and most profitable breed? I know this is alot of questions and I ahve raised chickens for a long time but just mostly kept them for eggs. Really wanting tomake a little money. I know I am not going to get rich but can make a few bucks. I have all the right supplies, but just have to add to the feed bill.

What is the most profitable breed(s)?
What is the best profitable thing to do in poultry?(ex raise chicks, sell eggs, hatching eggs, etc)
What should I raise and how many?

I kow these are alot of questions but I am really looking in to this. I really don't have anything else to do so I have nothing to loose. Thanks

now from your i would say chicks.........get rid of them asap so little feed goes into them. $2-3 a piece . your eating eggs are 2-4 a dozen and hatching like $10 a dozen

I've made a little money selling duck eggs, I sell 'em pretty cheap, but one lady buys 7 dz every 2 or 3 weeks, which covers at least 1 bag of the organic food I feed. I also make back my money plus a tiny bit extra when I raised turkeys this past spring. I bought a bunch, then raised them to 2 or 3 weeks, then sold them for almost double what I paid. BUt chickens are NOT a way to get rich... and it will take me decades of frantically selling eggs and chicks to even come close to breaking even once you factor in coop, fencing, feeders, buckets, etc.
