I got a Magicfly Auto egg incubator I've read the direction and it has nothing about the temp and the humidity. I have the temp at 40c and 100ml of water in it with 3 eggs. Is there anything I need to august?

40C is too warm. Should be at 37.5, and you should have a secondary thermometer inside just to be sure. Humidity is something that you will have to figure out for yourself. What works for one incubator and climate will not work for all. Generally, you want to start out at about 40% and check the air cells after 7 days and mark them. Then check again at 10 days. If you need to adjust for more growth, lower the humidity to about 35. If you need to adjust for slower growth, raise the humidity to about 45. Check again at 14, and again at 18 weeks, making the necessary changes. It takes a few tries at incubating with any particular incubator to really get the humidity figured out for best results.

Does it have a fan? If it has a fan you want 99.5*. If it does not have a fan, you want 102* at the surface of the eggs.

However, these temps mean absolutely nothing if you have not calibrated your thermometer. You should run the incubator for at least 3 days to become familiar with it's operation before putting eggs in it. Humidity should be at 30 - 40% through day 17, and you should monitor air cell size, and adjust humidity to ensure that air cells are the right size before going into lock down.

I have to get one how long can the eggs go without humidity?
You should not set eggs till you've got everything adjusted just right, and all readings are holding stable. You should not have eggs in the incubator right now. Humidity is essential, not just for the air cell to develop properly, it is an important factor in the embryos growth and development. Prolonged periods of too dry or too damp can cause serious birth defects. You should never attempt incubation without a humidity gauge.
